Third generation power MOSFETs from Vishay, specifically the IRF720S model, offer a combination of fast switching, ruggedized design, low on-resistance, and cost-effectiveness. This electronic component belongs to the field effect tube (MOSFET) category. Its D2PAK (TO-263) surface-mount power package can accommodate die sizes up to HEX-4. The design of this package enables it to provide high power capability and the lowest possible on-resistance among all existing surface-mount packages.
