The SD241 is a dual schottky rectifier that belongs to the 40COQ and 60CDQ series. It is designed using the "830" process, resulting in a very low ratio of reverse leakage current to junction temperature. These rectifiers offer improved reliability, performance, and ruggedness. They have a guaranteed repetitive peak reverse voltage capability and excellent ability to withstand reverse energy transients. They can be used in both existing and new designs.
