    The CY37064P100-125AC is a member of the Ultra37000™ family of CMOS CPLDs. It is a high-density programmable logic device that offers unparalleled system performance. This CPLD is designed to provide the flexibility, ease of use, and performance similar to the 22V10 but in a high-density package. The architecture of the CY37064P100-125AC is based on a number of logic blocks that are connected by a Programmable Interconnect Matrix (PIM). Each logic block has its own product term array, product term allocator, and 16 macrocells. Signals from the logic block outputs and input pins are distributed through the PIM to the logic block inputs.

    • Consistent package/pinout offering across all densities, making design migration easier
    • Available in packages with 44 to 400 leads in PLCC, CLCC, PQFP, TQFP, CQFP, BGA, and Fine-Pitch BGA
