The MIC2238-AAYML TR is a DC switching regulator, specifically a high efficiency 4MHz pulse width modulated (PWM) synchronous buck (stepdown) regulator. It features a LOWQ™ LDO standby mode that draws only 18µA of quiescent current. With its ultra-low noise, small size, and high efficiency, this regulator is ideal for portable power applications.
