Description
The AK8851VQ is an integrated chip that decodes NTSC, PAL, SECAM composite and S-Video signals. It features a digital output in Y, Cb, Cr signal format that complies with ITU-R BT.601 and ITU-R BT.656 specifications. The chip has a synchronized internally generated pixel clock at a rate of 27 MHz. Additionally, it provides external accessibility to Closed Caption, VBID, and WSS information encoded on the input video signal.
