Description
The ISSI IS41C16105 and IS41LV16105 are 1,048,576 x 16-bit high-performance CMOS Dynamic Random Access Memories. They support Fast Page Mode, allowing 1,024 random accesses within a single row with an access cycle time as short as 20 ns per 16-bit word. The IS41C16105 is ideal for use in 16- and 32-bit wide data bus systems due to its Byte Write control for upper and lower byte. These components are suitable for high-bandwidth graphics, digital signal processing, high-performance computing systems, and peripheral applications. They are available in a 42-pin 400-mil SOJ package and a 400-mil 44- (50-) pin TSOP (Type II) package.
