Description
The HMC349MS8GTR is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) designed for use in electronic devices. It covers the frequency range of 24 to 30 GHz and is suitable for integration into Multi-Chip Modules (MCMs) due to its small size of 1.51 mm2. The LNA utilizes a GaAs PHEMT process and offers a gain of 13 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB. The chip is designed for use in a 50 ohm test fixture connected via 0.025 mm (1 mil) diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31 mm (<12 mils).
