Description
The SC14480A2M6P60SE is a digital CMOS IC with a fully integrated radio transceiver and baseband processors for DECT & DECT 6.0 CAT-iQ handsets and basestations. It features a complete DECT radio transceiver compliant with the ETSI CTR6 standard. The audio path includes a 16-bit CODEC, analog frontend, high-efficiency 4 Ohm audio amplifier (Class-D), and user programmable Gen2DSP. The protocol stack and I/O peripherals, such as the keyboard, UART, ACCESS bus, SPI, LED drivers, and RF switches, are controlled by the CompactRISCTM CR16Cplus microprocessor with a one-wire debug port running from ROM.
