Description

The XR17D152CM-F is a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) electronic component. It is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit that monitors power-supply voltages from +1.8V to +5.0V. This component consumes only 3µA of supply current at +1.8V. It has factory-set reset thresholds from +1.58V to +4.63V, with approximately 100mV increments. There are seven minimum reset timeout delays available, ranging from 1ms to 1200ms.
