Description
The IRFR9010TR is a power MOSFET transistor that utilizes advanced power MOSFET technology to achieve very low on-state resistance combined with high transconductance. It also features superior reverse energy and diode recovery dV/dt capability. This transistor has all the advantages of MOSFETs such as voltage control, very fast switching, ease of paralleling and temperature stability of the electrical parameters. Additionally, its surface mount packages enhance circuit performance by reducing stray inductances and capacitance.
