The AMS2596S-ADJ is a two-terminal band-gap voltage reference diode designed for use in electronic components. It features low dynamic impedance and a good temperature coefficient, allowing it to operate over a current range of 100µA to 5mA. The voltage tolerance is tightly controlled through on-chip trimming, resulting in low noise and good long-term stability. This voltage reference is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including portable meters, regulators, and general-purpose analog circuitry.
