The IMP5115CDW is an Electroluminescent (EL) lamp driver designed for systems that must operate down to 1 volt and below. It has a wide operating voltage range from 0.9V to 2.5V. The chip can drive EL lamps of up to 6nF capacitance to high brightness. It requires few external components and has a disable mode to minimize power consumption. The IMP5115CDW comes in MicroSO and SO-8 packages and in die form.
