The STD2NC45 is a field effect tube (MOSFET) model from ST's SuperMESH™ series. This series is designed with extreme optimization of ST’s well-established PowerMESH™ layout, taking special care to ensure exceptional dv/dt capability for the most demanding applications. Along with pushing the on-resistance significantly down, SuperMESH™ complements ST's full range of high voltage Power MOSFETs, including the revolutionary MDmesh™ products.
