    The MC9S12C32CFA25 is a 16-bit Flash-based MCU belonging to the MC9S12C-Family / MC9S12GC-Family. It is designed for general purpose industrial and automotive network applications. With a 16-bit central processing unit (CPU12), it offers flexibility and power at a cost and space-sensitive range. The MC9S12C32CFA25 features on-chip peripherals such as up to 128K bytes of Flash EEPROM, up to 4K bytes of RAM, asynchronous serial communications interface (SCI), serial peripheral interface (SPI), 8-channel 16-bit timer module (TIM), 6-channel 8-bit pulse width modulator (PWM), and 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC).
