Description

The SPX29500U-3.3 is a 5A highly accurate voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage of 370mV @ 5A. It is specifically designed for low voltage applications that require a low dropout voltage and a fast transient response. The regulator is fully fault protected against over-current, reverse battery, and positive and negative voltage transients. It also features on-chip trimming to adjust the reference voltage to 1% initial accuracy. The 5 pin version includes additional features such as enable and error flag.
