Description
The FDPF3860T is a MOSFET transistor belonging to the UniFET family introduced by Fairchild Semiconductor®. This MOSFET uses planar stripe and DMOS technology to provide high performance switching and reduce on-state resistance. The device is designed to withstand high avalanche energy and is primarily used for power conversion in applications such as power factor correction (PFC), flat panel display (FPD) TV power, ATX and electronic lamp ballasts.
