Description
The SPN7002S23RGB is an N-Channel logic enhancement mode power field effect transistor produced using high cell density, DMOS trench technology. This transistor is designed to minimize on-state resistance and is particularly suited for low voltage applications, such as notebook computer power management and other battery-powered circuits where high-side switching is required.

• 30V/5.6A with RDS(ON) = 36mΩ@VGS = 4.5V
