Electronic Component Model: MUN5132T1G is a single, pre-biased BJT digital transistor. It is designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network. The transistor contains a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors - a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. By integrating these components into a single device, the MUN5132T1G simplifies circuit design, reduces board space, and component count. Additionally, it is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant.
