Description

The NT68628FG is a new generation monitor microcontroller designed for auto-sync and digital control applications. This chip is specifically designed to support various and efficient functions for the development of USB monitors. It features the 6502 8-bit CPU core, 512 bytes of RAM, 32K bytes of OTP ROM, 13-channels of 8-bit PWM D/A converters, 4-channel A/D converters for key detection, an 8-bit pre-loadable base timer, internal Hsync and Vsync signals processor, a Watch-dog timer, and two I2C bus interfaces. The NT68628FG also allows users to store EDID data in the 128 bytes of RAM, reducing the need for a dedicated EEPROM for EDID storage. This chip is available in a 42-pin S-DIP IC package.
