Description
The IS62LV256AL-20TI is a high-speed, low power, 32,768-word by 8-bit static RAM. It is fabricated using ISSI's high-performance CMOS technology, which results in access times as fast as 15 ns maximum. The device has a standby mode when deselected, reducing power dissipation to 150 µW (typical) with CMOS input levels. It also features easy memory expansion using an active LOW Chip Enable (CE) and LOW Write Enable (WE) for writing and reading. The IS62LV256AL-20TI comes in the JEDEC standard 28-pin SOJ, 28-pin SOP, and 28-pin TSOP (Type I) package.
