Description
The CAT93C46WI is a 1 kb Serial EEPROM memory device used in electronic components. It can be configured in two ways, either as 64 registers of 16 bits (with the ORG pin at VCC) or as 128 registers of 8 bits (with the ORG pin at GND). The device allows for serial writing and/or reading by using the DI (or DO) pin. Additionally, the CAT93C46WI features a self-timed internal write with auto-clear, as well as on-chip power-on reset protection, which safeguards the internal logic against powering up in the wrong state.
