The SST29EE/LE/VE020 is a 256K x8 CMOS Page-Write EEPROM that utilizes SST's high-performance CMOS SuperFlash technology. This EEPROM features a split-gate cell design and thick oxide tunneling injector, providing enhanced reliability and manufacturability compared to other approaches. It supports single voltage read and write operations, with voltage requirements varying depending on the specific model (5.0V for SST29EE020, 3.0-3.6V for SST29LE020, and 2.7-3.6V for SST29VE020). The SST29EE/LE/VE020 EEPROMs conform to JEDEC standard pinouts for byte-wide memories.
