Description
The SMJ27C010A series is an ultraviolet (UV) light erasable, electrically programmable read-only memory (EPROM) with a capacity of 131,072 by 8 bits (1,048,576 bits). It is designed using power-saving CMOS technology for high speed and simple interface with MOS and bipolar circuits. This model can be driven by Series 54 TTL circuits without the use of external pull-up resistors. The EPROM is offered in a ceramic dual-in-line package (J suffix) for easy insertion in mounting-hole rows on 15.2mm centers. It operates from a single 5V supply in the read mode and requires a 13V supply for programming. The programming signals are TTL level and can be done using the SNAP! Pulse programming algorithm. The programming time is approximately thirteen seconds. Existing EPROM programmers can also be used for programming. Locations can be programmed singly, in blocks, or at random.
