The SG2002-3.3YN5 is a low-power, low-noise, low-dropout CMOS linear voltage regulator designed for low voltage, low power applications. It operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V input and can deliver up to 300mA of output current. With an ultra low ground current of 110µA at 300mA output and a dropout voltage of only 210mV at 300mA output, it is an ideal choice for battery-operated power systems. Additionally, it offers an ultra low output noise of 30µVRMS, making it suitable for applications requiring a quiet voltage source, such as RF applications. The SG2002-3.3YN5 is available in multiple output voltage versions, including fixed outputs of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 5.0V, as well as an adjustable output from 1.5V to 5.0V.
