Description
The SPFM-52V is an electronic component model, specifically designed for automotive and industrial applications. It features a 1-channel FULL-CAN interface and on-board FLASH ROM. The on-board CAN interface conforms to V2.0 Part A and Part B, providing a flexible message buffer scheme and offering more functions than a normal full CAN approach. With the use of 0.35µm CMOS technology, the SPFM-52V offers on-chip FLASH-ROM program memory of up to 128Kbytes. It also includes an internal voltage booster that eliminates the need for a second programming voltage.
