Description

The SGM8091/8093 (single), SGM8092 (dual), and SGM8094 (quad) are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers designed for ease of use and low cost. These amplifiers offer bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. With a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, they can be easily used on single supplies as low as 2.5V. Despite their low cost, the SGM8091 series provides excellent overall performance, featuring a wide bandwidth of up to 350 MHz (G = +1) and 0.1 dB flatness out to 125 MHz (G = +1). The amplifiers have a typical low power consumption of 4.3 mA per amplifier.
