The 93C66 SI27 is a single chip solution that combines three popular functions: EEPROM memory, precision reset controller, and watchdog timer. It features a serial EEPROM memory that can be configured either by 16-bits or by 8-bits. Each register can be written or read using the DI or DO pin.
