The 0402CS-3N3XJBW is a high reliability chip capacitor designed for surface mount applications. It is part of the NOVACAP product line and belongs to the C0G dielectric class, also known as NP0. It undergoes 100% physical and electrical inspection to ensure it meets strict performance criteria. The 0402CS-3N3XJBW can be tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-55681, MIL-PRF-123, MIL-PRF-49467, or customer-specific requirements.
Featuring nickel barrier terminations, this chip capacitor is suitable for solder wave, reflow solder board attachment, and vapor phase attachment for part sizes 2225 or smaller. It also offers the option of silver-palladium terminations for hybrid use with conductive epoxy.
