The AH3 is a surface-mount amplifier designed for use in receiver and transmitter applications. The device features low noise and high output IP3 at the same bias point, making it ideal for high linearity applications. The AH3 is environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant, with a lead-free/green SOT-89 package.
