The AMS3100A-2.5AM is a two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference used in electronic circuits, categorized as IC Chips. It operates over a 20µA to 20mA current range, featuring a very low dynamic impedance and good temperature coefficient. Trimmed at wafer test level to optimize the temperature coefficient and tight output voltage tolerance, the AMS3100A-2.5AM is exceptionally tolerant of capacitive loading, making it suitable for use in almost any reference application.
