The ACPM-7816 is a fully matched CDMA power amplifier module designed around Agilent Technologies’ new Enhancement Mode pHEMT process. It is a part of IC Chips electronic component models. With internal 50 ohm matching networks, the module provides excellent performance in a compact form factor. Furthermore, the ACPM-7816 is fully matched to 50 Ohms on both input and output, making it easier to integrate into CDMA handsets, datacards, and PDAs.
