Description
The ATF16V8-25PC is a high performance Electrically-Erasable Programmable Logic Device (EE PLD) produced by Atmel. It utilizes Electrically-Erasable (EE) Flash memory technology and can reach speeds down to 5ns. It has a 100μA pin-controlled power-down mode and is specified over a full 5V ± 10% range for industrial temperature, and 5V ± 5% for commercial range 5V devices.
