The BUK7605-30A is an n-channel enhancement mode standard level field-effect power transistor in a plastic envelope designed for surface mounting using trench technology. It comes with very low on-state resistance and has in-built zener diodes which provide ESD protection up to 2kV. This device is mainly used in automotive and general switching applications.
