Description
The IRFL014NTRPBF is a fifth-generation HEXFET MOSFET, designed to have extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. This MOSFET has fast switching speed and a rugged device design that makes it a dependable and efficient device in a wide range of applications. It is a Field Effect Tube and comes in an SOT-223 package that is suitable for surface mounting using vapor phase, infrared or wave soldering techniques. The MOSFET's package design allows for easy automatic pick-and-place, with an improved thermal performance thanks to its enlarged tab for heatsinking that allows for power dissipation of 1.0W to be achieved in a typical surface mount application.
