Description
The REF0425 is a precision voltage reference that provides a stable output of 10.0 V, 5.0 V, or 2.5 V. It has minimal change in response to variations in supply voltage, ambient temperature, or load conditions. The REF0425 is available in various package options, including 8-lead SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, and TO-99 packages, as well as the 20-terminal LCC package (883 only). This makes the REF0425 suitable for both standard and high-stress applications.

- High output accuracy: REF01 has a maximum accuracy of ±0.3% at 10.0 V, REF02 has a maximum accuracy of ±0.3% at 5.0 V, and REF03 has a maximum accuracy of ±0.6% at 2.5 V.
- Adjustable output: The REF0425 allows for an adjustable output with a minimum range of ±3%.
- Excellent temperature stability: REF01 and REF02 have a maximum temperature stability of 8.5 ppm/°C, while REF03 has a maximum temperature stability of 50 ppm/°C.
- Low noise: The REF01 has a typical noise level of 30 μV p-p, REF02 has a typical noise level of 15 μV p-p, and REF03 has a typical noise level of 6 μV p-p.
- High supply voltage range: The REF0425 can handle a maximum supply voltage range of up to 36 V.
- Low supply current: The REF0425 has a maximum supply current of 1.4 mA.
- High load-driving capability: The REF0425 can drive a maximum load of 10 mA.
