Description
The RT9711BPB is a cost-effective, low voltage, single N-MOSFET high-side power switch optimized for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. It is equipped with a charge pump circuitry to drive the internal MOSFET switch, which has a low RDS(ON) of 80mΩ to meet USB voltage drop requirements. The RT9711BPB also includes a flag output to indicate fault conditions to the local USB controller.
