Description
This is the IRF840LCSPBF, a Field Effect Tube (MOSFET) belonging to a new series of low charge Power MOSFETs. This MOSFET is designed to achieve significantly lower gate charge than conventional Power MOSFETs. The new LCDMOS technology utilized in the MOSFET improves device performance without added product cost, allowing for reduced gate drive requirements and total system savings. The MOSFET can achieve reduced switching losses and improved efficiency in various high frequency applications. The MOSFET is a new power transistor standard for high switching applications, which combines device improvements with the proven ruggedness and reliability of Power MOSFETs.
