Description
The P9NK50Z is a type of Field Effect Tube (MOSFET) in the SuperMESH™ series, which is an optimized version of ST’s PowerMESH™ layout. The P9NK50Z has a typical RDS(on) of 0.72 Ω and an extremely high dv/dt capability suitable for the most demanding applications. This MOSFET also has a gate charge minimized, very low intrinsic capacitances, very good manufacturing repeatibility, and is 100% avalanche tested. This MOSFET is ideal for high current, high speed switching applications, and can also be used for off-line power supplies, adaptors, and lighting.
