Description
The Microchip Technology Inc. 24LC02BT/SN is a 2K bit Electrically Erasable PROM in the Memory category. It is organized as a single block of 256 x 8 bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. With a low voltage design, it can operate down to 2.5 volts with a standby current of only 5 µA and an active current of 1 mA. This model also has page-write capability for up to 8 bytes of data. It is available in the standard 8-pin DIP and an 8-pin surface mount SOIC package. Additional packaging options include SOT-23 and TSSOP for the 24LC02BT/SN.
