Description
The SD5400CY is a monolithic array of four bidirectional, high-performance analog switches. It is manufactured with implanted high-speed, high-voltage, and low-resistance double-diffused MOS (DMOS) process. This electronic component is designed for low propagation time, low on resistance, low insertion loss, and it has low capacitance. It can be used as an analog switching component, choppers, and video switches.
