This is a model of power SOT N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistors which is categorized as Field Effect Tube (MOSFET), named as NDT453N. It is designed using Fairchilds proprietary, high cell density, DMOS technology with on-state resistance minimization and superior switching performance.
