Description

The RT9801BPE.TR is a micro-power voltage detector designed for supervising the power supply voltage level in microprocessors (μP) or digital systems. It features user programmable threshold levels ranging from 1.5V to 5V with 0.1V step, making it suitable for a wide range of digital applications. With a low supply current of 3μA, it offers efficient power monitoring. The threshold voltage can be easily selected through three pins connected to GND, VDD, or floating for different settings. It is available in two versions, 1.5V to 4V and 2.5V to 5V, based on customer demands.
