Description
The DTA123JUAT106 is a single, pre-biased BJT electronic component model. It is designed with built-in biasing resistors, which eliminates the need for external input resistors in an inverter circuit. The bias resistors are thin-film resistors that provide complete isolation and allow negative biasing of the input, while also eliminating any parasitic effects. The circuit design is simplified as only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation. Additionally, the DTA123JUAT106 is compatible with complementary NPN types such as the DTC123J series and complex transistors like EMB10, UMB10N, IMB10A, EMA5, UMA5N, and FMA5A (PNP type). It is also lead-free and RoHS compliant.
