The MAX3232CSE-TG068 is an electronic component, specifically an IC chip, designed for various applications in the field of electronics. It is part of the MAX3222/MAX3232/MAX3237/MAX3241 series of transceivers, which have a proprietary low-dropout transmitter output stage. This feature allows them to achieve true RS-232 performance, even when supplied with a voltage ranging from 3.0V to 5.5V. The MAX3232CSE-TG068 requires a dual charge pump and only four small 0.1µF external charge pump capacitors to operate effectively. It is guaranteed to maintain RS-232 output levels while supporting data rates of 120kbps.
