Description

The SP3223EUEA is an RS-232 transceiver chip manufactured by Sipex and intended for use in hand-held or portable applications, like notebook and palmtop computers. This transceiver solution is a part of the Receivers & Transceivers category. The "U" series is an enhancement of Sipex's SP3223E/3243E series, designed for high speed. The internal high-efficiency, charge-pump power supply requires only 0.1µF capacitors in 3.3V operation.
