Description
The TOP233GN is an offline switcher and falls under the category of AC DC Converters. It is a product of the TOPSwitch-FX using the proven TOPSwitch topology, known for its cost-effective integration of many new functions that reduce system cost while improving design flexibility, performance, and energy efficiency. The TOP233GN is similar to TOPSwitch as it integrates the high voltage power MOSFET, fault protection, PWM control, and other control circuitry onto a single CMOS chip but with two additional terminals.

- Hysteretic thermal shutdown for automatic recovery
