Description
The SSBD2045CTF is a Switch-mode Schottky Power Rectifier which comes in a surface mount power package. It employs the Schottky Barrier principle in a large metal-to-silicon power diode. Its epitaxial construction with an oxide passivation and metal overlay contact feature makes it ideally suited for use in low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes.
