Description

The BTS7960B is a full, half-bridge driver electronic component model that belongs to the NovalithIC family. It consists of three separate chips in one package: a p-channel highside MOSFET, an n-channel lowside MOSFET, and a driver IC. These chips are integrated in a single leadframe using chip on chip and chip by chip technology. The BTS7960B is designed to provide a fully integrated high current half-bridge functionality.
