The HUF75332S is an N-Channel power MOSFET that is used in various applications where power efficiency is crucial. This device was designed by using the innovative UltraFET® process which results in excellent performance with the lowest possible on-resistance per silicon area. The MOSFET can withstand high energy in the avalanche mode and the diode shows a very low reverse recovery time and stored charge.
