Description
The REF02ECSA is a precision voltage reference that provides a stable 5V output. It can be adjusted over a ±6% range with minimal effect on temperature stability. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 7V to 40V and has a low current drain of 1mA. This voltage reference is designed with an improved band gap design, resulting in low cost, low noise, and low power consumption. The REF02ECSA is commonly used in applications such as DACs and ADCs, portable instrumentation, and digital volt meters. It can also be used as a monolithic temperature transducer. For new designs, the ADR02 is recommended.
